1. Seller

This site and the DealFlow Email Pack are operated and sold by Antonia N., trading as DealFlow Email Pack (“we”, “us”, “our”). When you buy from this site, your contract for the product is with Antonia N.. You can reach us at support@dealflow.example.

2. Acceptance

By accessing this site, buying the product, or continuing to use what we provide, you agree to these terms. If you are buying on behalf of a company you confirm you are authorised to bind it; otherwise you confirm you are of legal age to enter a contract.

3. Product

The DealFlow Email Pack is a digital download containing sales email templates, AI prompts, a quick-start guide, and a CSV index. It is delivered instantly after purchase.

4. License

Upon purchase, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the templates for your own business or client work. You may not resell, redistribute, repackage, or publish the files as a competing product, and you may not reverse engineer or circumvent any technical limits on access.

5. Acceptable use and misuse

You must not misuse this site or the product. In particular, you must not:

  • use them for any unlawful purpose or in breach of any law;
  • send unsolicited bulk email, spam, deceptive, or fraudulent messages, or otherwise breach applicable email, marketing, and data protection rules in your jurisdiction;
  • infringe anyone’s intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • interfere with the security or integrity of the site — including malware, probing, scanning, scraping, or attempting unauthorised access;
  • share your download link or account credentials with third parties, or resell access.

You are responsible for keeping your credentials confidential, for activity carried out under your account, and for providing accurate information when you buy.

6. Service level

We aim to keep the site and downloads available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. The product is provided “as is” and, to the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

7. Payments

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms.

8. Refunds

We offer a 60-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied, request a refund through Paddle at paddle.net or contact us within 60 days of purchase. See our Refund Policy.

9. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the site and the product — with notice where practical — if you materially breach these terms, fail to pay or reverse a payment, create a security or fraud risk, or repeatedly or seriously breach the acceptable use rules above. Where a refund has been issued, your license ends and you must stop using and delete the files. You may stop using the product at any time.

10. Intellectual property

All content, branding, and materials remain the intellectual property of Antonia N.. Your license does not transfer ownership.

11. Limitation of liability

We are not liable for any business outcomes, lost revenue, lost data, or goodwill arising from your use of these templates, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury where the law does not allow it.
