Antonia N., trading as DealFlow Email Pack (“we”, “us”, “our”), is the seller of the products offered on this site. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this site and are responsible for deciding how and why it is processed. You can contact us at support@dealflow.example.

- Email address — when you request the free templates or buy the pack, so we can deliver the files, send your download link, and answer support requests.
- Order details (product, amount, order reference) — to keep a record of your purchase and honour our refund guarantee. Card and billing data is collected and stored by Paddle, not by us.
- Usage data — pages visited, device type, browser, and approximate location derived from your IP address, to keep the site secure and understand which pages work.
- Support messages — the content of emails you send us, so we can respond.
3. Legal basis for processing
- Performance of a contract — delivering the product you bought, providing download access, and handling support and refunds.
- Consent — sending you the free templates and any marketing emails. You can withdraw consent at any time by using the unsubscribe link or emailing us.
- Legitimate interests — securing the site, preventing fraud and abuse, and improving our product, balanced against your rights.
- Legal obligation — keeping records we are required to keep, and responding to lawful requests from authorities.
4. Data sharing
We share personal data with:
- Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for the sale of the product, payments, invoicing, tax compliance, and order support.
- Service providers that host this site, store our data, and provide email delivery and analytics, acting on our instructions.
- Professional advisers (legal, accounting) where needed.
- Authorities where we are required to do so by law.
We do not sell your personal data. Where data is transferred outside the UK/EEA, we rely on adequacy decisions or Standard Contractual Clauses as appropriate safeguards.
5. Data retention
- Marketing/lead emails — kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, and in any case no longer than 24 months after your last interaction with us.
- Purchase and order records — kept for 7 years to meet accounting and tax obligations.
- Support messages — kept for 24 months after the request is closed.
- Usage/analytics data — kept for up to 14 months.
When data is no longer needed for these purposes, we delete it or irreversibly anonymise it.
6. Your rights
Depending on where you live, you have the right to access your personal data, to have it corrected or erased, to restrict or object to its processing, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. We use appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit, access controls, and limiting who can view personal data to those who need it.
